Broccoli and Rigatoni

List of Ingredients
- 8 Tbsps. olive oil
- 2 Tbsps. butter or margerine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lb. Rigatoni or Penne pasta, cooked and drained
- grated Parmensan cheese
Instructions
- In large skillet, heat oil and butter; Gently brown garlic;
- Add broccoli and stir gently until pan gets very hot.
- Add broth; Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender, not mushy;
- Add 1/2 of basil and the cooked, drained pasta;
- Serve with grated cheese; Salt and Pepper to taste.
