    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (about 4) boneless breasts, sliced into bite-size pieces
    • 1 (28 oz.) Ragu Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce or any vegetable sauce you wish
    • 1 small jar roasted Italian peppers
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 5-6 fresh, large mushrooms, sliced or 1 small can
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup red wine, cooking or table wine
    • olive oil


    Instructions


    1. In large non-stick skillet, saute mushrooms, onions, garlic until tender.
    2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
    3. Add jar sauce, wine and brown sugar; simmer for 15 minutes.
    4. Drain roasted peppers of oil and slice into small bite-size pieces; add to sauce and simmer 5 minutes more.
    5. Serve over spaghetti.
