**Basil Vinagrette**
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, egg white, salt and pepper in food processor.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Makes 1-1/3 cup.
