**Pineapple Cheese Casserole**
My Mom made this for us this past Christmas. It sounds like an unlikely pairing, but it was wonderful served with ham!
List of Ingredients
- 1 20-ounce can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine pineapple and cheese.
- Mix flour and sugar; stir into pineapple mixture.
- Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Combine butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
- Bake in preheated 350* oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
