Easy Pickled Radishes

List of Ingredients
- 1 quart champagne vinegar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup pickling spices
- 2 cloves smashed garlic
- 2 stems fresh fennel or 2 tablespoons dried
- 4 bunches radishes, washed, halved or quartered
Instructions
- Place prepared radishes in large, deep dish.
- In a large saucepan combine the remainder of the ingredients. Stir gently as you bring the mixture to a full boil.
- Carefully pour the mixture of the radishes in the large dish to completely cover and immerse the radishes.
- Quickly seal the dish with plastic wrap and set dish aside to allow the radishes to cool.
- Once the radishes are completely cool, they are ready to serve.
- Drain radishes and serve with toothpicks.
Final Comments
Sweet and spicy... Great as an hors d'ouevre or appetizer.
