- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Instructions
- Melt butter in dish.
- Empty both cans of corn and sour cream into the dish and mix well.
- Add corn bread mix and stir well.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Final Comments
Perfect side dish for Thanksgiving. This recipe will make a souffle like corn casserole.
