    • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 can cream corn
    • 1 stick butter
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in dish.
    2. Empty both cans of corn and sour cream into the dish and mix well.
    3. Add corn bread mix and stir well.
    4. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.


    Final Comments


    Perfect side dish for Thanksgiving. This recipe will make a souffle like corn casserole.
