    List of Ingredients




    Chicken -- cut-up
    3 Onions -- chopped
    1 Carrot -- sliced
    1 Garlic clove -- minced
    1/2 teaspoon Oregano
    1/2 teaspoon Basil
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1/8 teaspoon Pepper
    1 can Cut up tomatoes(14oz)
    1 pound Shrimp,shelled -- raw
    2 cups Rice -- cooked

    Recipe



    In slow cooker, combine chicken with onions, carrots, garlic, oregano, basil, salt,pepper and tomatoes. Cook on LOW 4-5 hours. Add shrimp and rice. Cook on HIGH 30-40 minutes until shrimp is done
