2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup barbecue sauce
3 Tbsps soy sauce
⅛ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Add chicken and remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours.
When done, shred chicken and serve over rice, if desired.
