List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons veg. oil
8 oz. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 pkg. (1 lb) ground turkey or chicken
1 red or yellow bell pepper cut into strips
2 cups cole slaw mix or sliced napa cabbage
1/2 cup hoisin sauce (?)
1/4 cup plum sauce or sweet/sour sauce
12 flour tortillas
Recipe
Heat oil in large skillet. Add mushrooms,
garlic, ginger stir fry 2 minutes. Crumble meat into the skillet, add
bell pepper and cook 5 minutes while stirring. Add cole slaw and
stir fry another 3 minutes. Spread a layer of plum sauce over each
tortilla and top with meat mixture. Fold the sides in and
roll up.
Serves 6.
