    List of Ingredients


    • rib of celery, chopped fine
    • 4 cups of finely chopped onion
    • 4 cups finely chopped peppers (mix jalepeno and sweet, to your desired heat.
    • 1/2 gallon fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained some
    • 1 small can tomato paste (if you like it to stick to chips)
    • 1 cup vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
    • 3 Tablespoons pickling salt


    Instructions


    1. Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes
    2. pour into sterilized jars. Seal and turn jars upside down to cool for 10 minutes
    3. Makes 8 pints
