List of Ingredients
- rib of celery, chopped fine
- 4 cups of finely chopped onion
- 4 cups finely chopped peppers (mix jalepeno and sweet, to your desired heat.
- 1/2 gallon fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained some
- 1 small can tomato paste (if you like it to stick to chips)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons pickling salt
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes
- pour into sterilized jars. Seal and turn jars upside down to cool for 10 minutes
- Makes 8 pints
