    List of Ingredients




    3 C. flour (half white, half whole wheat)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    4 bananas
    1/2 cup yogurt (plain, if possible)
    1/2 cup butter cut in small pieces
    2 eggs beaten

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients. Mash bananas with yogurt, add sugar, butter and beaten eggs. Blend this mixture thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for one hour. makes one loaf. Can be made into smaller loaves, bake slightly shorter time.
