    List of Ingredients




    Dry ingredients:
    Cut up rhubarb at least 4 cups.
    2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 cup sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder

    Liquids
    2/3 cup lard, butter, margarine, or oil (melt)
    2 eggs
    milk, filled to 1 3/4 cup line, after putting in oil and eggs.

    Dump together dry ingredients.
    Add liquids, which measure a total of 1 3/4 cups. Mix thoroughly.

    put fruit in batter and stir.

    Put in 9 by 13 pan sprayed with Pam.

    Bake until light brown on top.

    good with milk

    You can also use cherries or berries, but adjust the sugar to reflect the sweeter fruit.
