Recipe Introduction
So Anne can have Alfredo whenever she wants!
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound noodles, 1/4 inch wide
- 1/4 pound sweet butter, melted (one stick)
- 1 cup heavy cream, warmed
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles.
- Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl.
- Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all the noodles, and serve at once
- If adding seafood or chicken, add it after you put the noodles in the bowl.
Final Comments
Apparently you really don't cook the sauce, just warm all the parts that are liquid and stir it together. I might stir it all together before I add it to the noodles, just to make sure it gets mixed well
