    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup red onion, diced
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    2 Tsp. Capers, diced
    1 Tsp. Horseradish
    1/2 cup ground soda crackers (I use Triscuits)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. crab meat (drained if canned)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter

    Combine first 7 ingredients. Fold in crab. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form
    cakes, then pan sauté in oil & butter for 2-3 minutes. Makes4 good size
    cakes. Serve with SB legal tarter sauce.
