    1 cup mayo (Hellman's or acceptable mayo)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 # blue cheese (orig. recipe calls for 1#
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 Tbls. lemon juice
    1 or 2 tsps. seasalt
    1 1/2 tsps. black pepper

    Mix and mash 1/2 of the blue cheese w/heavy cream until smooth. Add rest of the ingredients and chill.
