    THIS IS THE RECIPE I USE FOR FRIDAY NIGHT PIZZA

    List of Ingredients




    2 PACKAGES OR 4 TSP. YEAST
    1 CUP WARM WATER
    1 TBSP. SUGAR
    1 1/2 TSP. SALT
    2 TBSP. OIL
    2 CUPS FLOUR
    ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A STIFF DOUGH

    IN A LARGE BOWL, DISSOLVE YEAST IN THE WARM WATER. ADD SUGAR, SALT, OIL, AND 2 CUPS FLOUR. ADD FLOUR GRADUALLY UNTIL YOU HAVE A STIFF DOUGH. KNEAD FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC. POUR A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL IN THE BOWL AND PLACE DOUGH ON TOP TO RISE. COVER WITH CLOTH AND LET RISE FOR 50-60 MINUTES OR UNTIL DOUBLED. PUNCH DOWN AND ROLL INTO 2 RECTANGLES. BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES AT 425 DEGREES. ADD TOPPINGS AND BAKE ANOTHER 10-12 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BROWN.
