1 WHITE CAKE MIX (NOT PUDDING TYPE)
1/2 CUP SALAD OIL
6 TBSP. CREME DE MENTHE
1 JAR HOT FUDGE TOPPING (NOT CHOCOLATE SYRUP)
8 OZ. COOL WHIP
Recipe
PREPARE CAKE AS DIRECTED AND ADD SALAD OIL AND 3 TBSP. CREME DE MENTHE. BAKE IN 9X13 PAN AND DIRECTED BY CAKE MIX. (CAKE WILL BE THIN AND FALL). COOL. SPREAD WITH THE FUDGE TOPPING (I USUALLY HEAT IT IN THE MICROWAVE SO IT SPREADS EASIER.) MIX 3 TBSP. CREME DE MENTHE WITH COOL SHIP AND SPREAD OVER FUDGE TOPPING. REFRIGERATE--MAY BE FROZEN.
