    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 cups pumpkin (canned)

    Frosting:
    8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 cup butter (softened)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 plus cups powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan (11 inches by 15 inches). Let cool completely.
    Mix cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat well until spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake. Store in the refrigerator.
