List of Ingredients
1 pound Chicken cut in 1 inch pieces
Marinade:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or red pepper flakes)Recipe
Mix marinade ingredients together--it will be thick. Add chicken and mix well. Marinade overnight. Place chicken pieces on sticks and grill until done turning often so they don't burn. (About 15-20 minutes)
