    List of Ingredients




    1 box large shell pasta
    1 lb mild Italian Sausage
    15 oz Ricotta Cheese
    3 oz cream cheese
    8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded (divided)
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons prepared pesto
    1 quart of your favorite spaghetti sauce plus more for serving if you want

    Cook pasta according to the pre bake directions on box.

    Brown sausage in large skillet and drain fat. Add ricotta cheese, cream cheese, 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and pesto.
    Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Pour about 1 cup of spaghetti sauce into the pan. Stuff cooked shells with 2-3 tablespoons of sausage filling and lay on top of the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
