    I have been making this recipe since 1995

    List of Ingredients




    6-7 sweet potatoes boiled in jackets,cool,peel,mash and add:
    1 stick butter
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    2 eggs
    Cinnamon,nutmeg,and vanilla to taste
    I usually use 1 teaspoon cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, and a teaspoon of vanilla.

    Topping:
    1 cup crushed cornflakes
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup pecans

    Recipe



    Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
