    A good main dish that can be put in the oven while you get other things done. Add some steamed veggies or those right out of the garden for a good meal.

    List of Ingredients




    Boneless pork chops or chicken (can use bone-in as well)
    1 can Campbell's Chicken & Mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can chicken broth (I like less sodium)
    1 cup Comet rice
    Salt & pepper

    Recipe



    Brown pork chops or chicken in a little oil in a skillet. Don't cook completely!
    Spray a 13 x 9" glass dish with Pam or grease with shortening.
    Sprinkle raw rice in the bottom of the dish.
    Lay chops or chicken on top of the rice.
    Mix the broth and soup with a wire whisk until smooth and pour over the chicken or chops.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set at least 10 minutes before serving.
