    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    3 cups bread flour
    1/4 cup instant potato flakes
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
    3/4 cup milk about 80 degrees
    3/8 cup water about 80 degrees
