Hash Brown Potato Casserol

List of Ingredients
3 lb frozen shredded hash browns (thaw to make mixing easier)
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can of Cream of Celery soup
1 Cup of sour cream
1 Cup of Chopped velveeta
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2-3 tbsp. parsley
2-3 tbsp of dried onion
1 tsp Pepper
1 to 2 soup cans of milk (I usually add a little more than two so the mixture doesn't look dry)Recipe
Mix. Makes a heaping 9X13 Pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for up to 2 hours (until bubbly). It will set well for an hour after baked.
