    List of Ingredients




    4 cups (20 ounces) diced raw potatoes
    3 cups sliced carrots
    2 cups sliced celery
    1 cup sliced onion
    1 (two-pound) lean beef rump roast
    1 (12 ounce) jar Heinz Fat Free Beef Gravy
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe



    Evenly layer potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in a slow cooker container. Arrange roast over vegetables. In a small bowl, combine gravy, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Spoon gravy mixture evenly over top.
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. When serving, cut roast into 8 pieces. For each serving, place 1 piece of meat on a plate and spoon about 1 cup vegetable mixture over top.

    Serves 8 - Each serving equals:
    259 Calories, 7 grams fat, 3 grams fiber 5 points
