    Geri was a neighbor of mine in Jackson, Mississippi.

    List of Ingredients




    Boil together for 30 minutes:

    Bay leaf
    2 t. lemon juice
    2 cups tomatoe juice
    Chopped celery and leaves
    Salt and pepper
    Chopped onion
    4-5 cloves



    Recipe



    Strain and then dissolve 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin into 2 cups cold tomatoe juice.
    Mix together.
    Add one drop hot sauce.
    You can add chopped celery, seafood, etc.
