This is a delicious cold shrimp salad given to me by my mother. Thanks, Mother, I love you!
List of Ingredients
To one pound cooked thin spaghetti (Vermicelli), add your choice of the following:
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped watercress
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup chopped mushrooms
½ basket cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup frozen peas
¼ cup chopped parsley
Add:
½ - 1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Add one pound cooked and peeled shrimp
Toss with a bottle of Paul Newman’s wine vinegar and oil dressing. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. ENJOY!!!
