    List of Ingredients




    Small bell pepper
    ½ onion
    3 pods crushed garlic
    ½ stick butter
    Handful parsley
    ½-3/4 lb gumbo shrimp
    1 can crabmeat
    8 oz Velveeta
    8 oz cream cheese
    Tony’s to taste
    Pistalet rolls

    Recipe



    Sauté pepper, onion, garlic in butter. Add shrimp, crab, parsley and cook until shrimp done. Melt in Velveeta and cream cheese. Add Tony’s. Let stand until thick.

    Add stuffing to rolls and fry.
