    This is a delicious seafood dish ... real cheesy. It was given to me by my daughter, Julie, who got it from her step-mother, Rene. Thanks to you both!

    List of Ingredients




    3lb Crawfish tails or 2lb Shrimp peeled
    1 ½ cup butter
    ¾ cup Seasoning Mix
    2 cloves minced garlic
    ¼ cup all purpose flour
    1 pint ½ and ½
    About a whole loaf of Velveeta cheese
    1 LB cooked fettuchini
    Parmesan cheese
    Tony’s to taste
    1 Tbs. Jalepeno chopped (optional)

    Recipe



    Sauté Seasoning mix, garlic, and Tony’s 15 min until tender. Add shrimp or crawfish and cook until done. Add flour and stir until dissolved. Add cream, velveeta, jalepenos and cook on low for 30 min. Cook noodles, drain, and add to cheese mix after 30 min. Place in large baking dish or 2 bread load pans (if you want to freeze for later use). Sprinkle with parmesan and cook at 350 for 15 min.
