Pepperoni Balls

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg hot roll mix
- 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
Instructions
- Prepare roll mix according to package directions omitting egg and using 1 cup water.
- Dough does not need to rise.
- Place 1 cheese cube on 1 pepperoni slice.
- Pinch off piece of dough; shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni forming a ball.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Fry in deep hot oil for about 5 minutes or until brown, turning once.
