2 boxes frozen spinach cooked and drained very dry
1 small (8oz) bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
2 lg. onions chopped fine
6 eggs beaten
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp. black pepper
1Tbs. Accent
1 Tbs. garlic salt½ tsp thyme
¾ cupbutter, melted
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together; shape into small ( about 1in.)size balls.Place on cookie sheet.Freeze solid.Put into freezer bags. When ready to bake,Defrost, bake @ 350º for 20 minutes.Makes about 100 small balls.These are colorful, and add to the spirit of Christmas, or St.Patricks Day. Even spinach haters love these.
