8 to 12 large strawberries
3 oz. package cream cheese, softened (I like the whipped type)
1 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Instructions
Remove stems from berries to form a flat base. Place berry on a cutting surface, pointed end up. With a sharp knife, carefully slice each berry in 1/2 vertically to within 1/4-inch of base. Cut each half into 3 wedges to form 6 petals. (Do not slice through the base)! Pull petals slightly apart. Be gentle in doing this!
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy.
With a pastry bag and star tip or a small spoon, fill berries with cream cheese mixture.
Arrange on decorative dish and serve chilled
