    White Chocolate base


    12 oz Good quality White chocolate

    8 cups whole milk

    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1/2 tablespoon sugar

    Pinch of salt


    Recipe



    v Bring, milk & sugar to a simmer in a heavy saucepan whisking frequently

    v Add the chocolate & whisk until completely melted

    v Season with salt & nutmeg
