    APRICOT PECAN TEA BREAD

    2 1/2 C sifted Flour
    1 1/4 C Sugar
    3 1/2 t Baking Powder
    1 t Salt
    3 T Oil
    1/2 C Milk
    1 Egg
    3/4 C Apricot Nectar
    1 1/2 C Chopped Pecans
    2 C Chopped Dried Apricots






    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except
    pecans & apricots. Stir well for 1-2 minutes, add nuts
    and apricots. Pour into greased loaf pan & bake at 350*
    for 1 Hour to 1 Hour 15 Minutes, until a toothpick tests it done. Cool
    completely on a wire rack & keep tightly wrapped in saran wrap.
    Makes one loaf.
