Cinnamon Orange Bread

List of Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Topping:
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 tsp orange extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with oil and flour. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, orange juice, flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. After mixture is well mixed, add the pecans.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and evenly distribute the mixture in the pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack. While cooling, begin the topping. In a medium mixing bowl, add cream and orange extract and beat unti light and fluffy. Use the topping to spoon over warm bread slices.
