List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can mexican style corn
- 1/2 cup diced red and green bell pepper
- 1 pkg corn muffin mix ( 6-8 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/3 cup french's fried onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn, peppers, corn muffin mix, sour cream, butter, egg and 2/3 cup french's onions.
- Pour mixture into greased shallow baking dish (2 qt)
- Bake for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining onions and bake 5 minutes until onions are golden.
