    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream style corn
    • 1 can mexican style corn
    • 1/2 cup diced red and green bell pepper
    • 1 pkg corn muffin mix ( 6-8 oz)
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1 large egg
    • 1-1/3 cup french's fried onions
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn, peppers, corn muffin mix, sour cream, butter, egg and 2/3 cup french's onions.
    2. Pour mixture into greased shallow baking dish (2 qt)
    3. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining onions and bake 5 minutes until onions are golden.
