List of Ingredients




1 cup milk
2/3 cup flour
2 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 cup butter



Recipe



Beat all ingredients except butter until smooth. Place butter in a 9-inch pan and put into a 400 degree oven until the butter melts. Pour batter into the butter and bake for 35 minutes or until deep brown and puffy. serves 2

I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13 glass pan. When I doubled it though, I didn't double the salt since I thought it sounded like too much. I think I was right so if you make the 9 inch size, I would use 1/4 tsp salt.
