Cake-Banana Mayonnaise Cake

List of Ingredients







2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2/3 cup mayonnaise ( not salad dressing )
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts



Recipe



Grease a 11 x 7 inch oblong or similar pan. In a mixing bowl, stir together the first 4 ingredients.Blend in the remainder of the ingredients ( except nuts )
and then beat medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.Fold in the nuts. Place mixture in pan. bake 350F about 35 to 45 minutes or until tested done. Cool
in pan. Sift on powdered sugar.
