List of Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. gratted carrots
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Icing
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick margerine
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil,sugar and eggs, beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 13x9x2 1/2 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees; cool.
Beat all ingredients well. Spread on cake.
