Cake-Chocolate Mayonnaise

1 box (18 ounces) chocolate cake mix
1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 cup water
3 egg(s)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, (optional)





Recipe



1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray and lightly flour two 9-inch round cake pans; set aside.
2. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, blend cake mix, mayonnaise, water, eggs and cinnamon 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely. Sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners sugar or fill and frost.
