    Frosting for Humminbird Cake

    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1 (16 ounce) package confectioners sugar

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1/2 cup coarsely chopped peacans









    Recipe



    Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add confectioners surgar and beat again until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and peacans.

    To assemble cake:
    Sandwhich layers together with frosting, then swirl remaining frosting over top and sides of cake
