On medium heat bring to a boil. Stir often at first. Bring to soft ball stage. Add two large scoops of peanut butter, 1 tsp
vanilla, beat until thickens. Pour on buttered plate and cool.
{Recipe Note:} You can try and cool the fudge before eating. But I can tell you from
experience that the fudge will be long gone before it cools. You can ask
anyone about Aunt Linda's fudge.... it's the best!!
