    White Christmas Jeweled Fudge

    List of Ingredients











    3 pkgs. (6 oz. each) white chocolate (18 oz. total)
    1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    1½ tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup chopped green candied cherries
    1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries







    Recipe



    Over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat, stir in cherries. Spread into foil-lined 8 or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge out onto cutting board, peel off foil, cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

    Variations:

    Rum Raisin White Fudge:
    Omit vanilla and cherries. Add 1½ tsp. white vinegar, tsp. rum flavoring and 3/4 cup raisins. Proceed as above.

    Toasted Nutty White Fudge:
    Omit cherries. Add 1 cup chopped toasted nuts. Proceed as above.
