Ann's Tuna Casserole

List of Ingredients
* 1 - 11 oz. can of tuna-drained and flaked ( I use solid white)
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1 can green peas, drained
* 1/4 cups each: green pepper, onion and pimento
* 2 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
* 3/4 cup shredded Long Horn cheese
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish with butter.
2. Cook noodles following instructions on box.
3. Mix together tuna, soup,milk, mushrooms, peas, green pepper, onion and pimento.
4. Pour over noodles and gently mix well.
5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and cover. Cook for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
