    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. 1 inch round steak cubes
    • 2 medium onions, sliced
    • 1 cn cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can onion soup
    • 4 oz. mushrooms sliced
    • 1 T worcestershire sauce
    • 1/3 cup flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • 2 T oil
    • 2 T minced parsley
    • 1-1/2 cups flour
    • 1-1/2 t baking powder
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 10oz frozen peas, thawed
    • 4 green pepper rings


    Instructions


    1. Layer steak cubes and onion slices in casserole. Combine soups, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and
    2. 1/3 cup flour in bowl; mix well. Pour over onions.
    3. Bake covered for 2 hours. Combine egg, milk, oil and parsley in bowl; mix well. Sift 1-1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt together.
    4. Add to egg mixture; stir just until moistened. Layer peas over casserole. Arrange pepper rings in center.
    5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls around pepper rings.
    6. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through
