Beef and Dumpling Bake

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. 1 inch round steak cubes
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 cn cream of chicken soup
- 1 can onion soup
- 4 oz. mushrooms sliced
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 T oil
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 10oz frozen peas, thawed
- 4 green pepper rings
Instructions
- Layer steak cubes and onion slices in casserole. Combine soups, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and
- 1/3 cup flour in bowl; mix well. Pour over onions.
- Bake covered for 2 hours. Combine egg, milk, oil and parsley in bowl; mix well. Sift 1-1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Add to egg mixture; stir just until moistened. Layer peas over casserole. Arrange pepper rings in center.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls around pepper rings.
- Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through
