Broccoli-Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cups wild rice and 1 cup white rice OR 2 packages Uncle Bens wildrice/white rice combination
2 bags chopped frozen packages of broccoli (thawed) OR the equivalent amount of fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces.
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of sliced small black olives
1 stalk of celery, sliced
3 bunches green onions or 1 large regular onion, chopped
12 mushrooms, sliced and sauted in wine, butter, lemon juice, and garlic powder
1 pound of chedder cheese, shredded

Instructions
Pre cook the wild and white rice OR the 1 packages of Uncle Bens wild rice/white rice combination.
Mix together the COOKED rice all the rest of the ingredients, except for 1/2 to 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour into a large casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
