Layered Taco Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2T. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2T. diced green chilies
1c. (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg. (14 oz) taco seasoning mix
1/2c. water
2 eggs
1c. milk
1 (6 oz) pkg. Fritos
8 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
1c. sour cream
1/2c. grated Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Brown beef and drain. Saute onion and pepper in butter and mix with meat. Combine tomato sauce, taco seasoning and water.
Beat eggs, and milk, add to tomato sauce stirring constantly.
Layer in 2 qt. casserole: Fritos, meat, sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers.
Cook at 350 until done. Spread sour cream on top, then cheddar cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
