List of Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and salted
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.
- Refrigerate potatoes, covered, overnight.
- Grate potatoes coarsely. Mix with rest of ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt
- Put in shallow 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Mix cornflakes and butter and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Final Comments
frozen hashbrowns works well too.
