Oriental Meat Balls

2 lbs hamburger
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 green and red pepper cut into chunks
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tin pineapple chunks (14 0z) drained
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinigar
Recipe
Roll hamburger into meat balls, brown in a little oil.
In a large pot add stock, peppers, and pineapple chuncks. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add meat balls, simmer 4 more min. Add cornstarch, sugar, juice, vinigar and soy sauce, stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
