List of Ingredients

1 3 oz package strawberry jello

1 1-pound can (2cups) whole cranberry sauce


1 3 oz package lemon jello

1 8-oz pckg. cream cheese, softened

1 9-oz can (1 cup) crushed pineapple


1/4 cup chopped salted pecans (really don't know where to find these..I haven't been able to find them yet)

1 3-oz pckg lime jello

2 TBL sugar

1 1-pound can (2cups) grapefruit sections

CRANBERRY LAYER

Dissolve strawberry jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, mixing well. Chill till partially set. Pour into an 8 cup ring mold. Chill till almost firm; top with

CHEESE LAYER

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water; add cheese, beating smooth with mixer. Add pineapple (with syrup); chill till partially set. Stir in pecans, then pour over cranberry layer in mold. Chill until almost firm. Top with

GRAPEFRUIT LAYER

Dissolve lime jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Add grapefruit (with syrup). Chill till partially set. Pour over cheese layer. Chill overnight. Unmold. Makes 10-12 servings.
